School Council

The School Council was elected by class members in October each year. Each class nominates a boy and a girl who will bring ideas to meetings with the Headteacher, Mr McCormack.

Children in each class will be able to identify their School Councillors as they have been given a badge to wear in school.

These representatives play an important role in the wellness and happiness of children at Oldfield as we want to ensure that all of us are listened to. It is also a good way of seeing Democracy, an key British Value, in practice.
