5pm, sessions are for children and adults, so if families wish to participate together they may do. Partaking in competitive canoeing is not restricted to youngsters we have active people of all ages, including some in their 80s, so parents, no excuses!

6pm, is for adults only.

The sessions cost £6 per person for one session per week, if participants attend two sessions the second session is only £4 (capped at £10 per week). We provide, all the kit required at whatever level people participate in, so there will not be any need to but specialist equipment.

These sessions will continue through the School Holidays and there will be other opportunities during the holidays to get active.
